Ybor City is Tampa's Latino district and is the hot spot for dancing the to the Afro-Cuban music at one of the many nightclubs. In recent years Ybor City has attracted more than just the Cubans that have inhabited the neighborhood since its days as a cigar mecca, making it one of the most diverse and happening spots in all of Tampa.

Tampa's own SOHO District, short for south of Howard Street, is another place to find quality bars and nightclubs. Ultra-chic decor and exotic atmospheres give club and bar-hopping here a more sophisticated flavor.

Hyde Park and downtown Tampa also have their share of hip nightspots. For more upscale tastes, Harbor Island has expensive resorts that offer fine dining and drinking establishments. [less]
